Is this Therapy?
No. While the work may feel deeply healing, it's not a substitute for licensed therapy. What I offer is remembrance, resonance, and radical re-connection with yourown voice and knowing.
Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?
Just your presence. If you'd like, you can arrive with an intention, a stuck place, or a desire you're ready to call in. The field we create will guide us intuitively. Water nearby is always beautiful.
What If I've never done something like this before?
Perfect. You don't need to be spiritual, 'healed', or have it all figured out. You simply need to feel ready for something deeper. Many women say it felt like a homecoming more than a session.
Do you offer packages or ongoing support?
Yes, For women who want deeper integration or mentoring, there is a pathway beyond the single session. After we meet once, I'll share your personalized portal of options if it feels aligned.
What is Rapid Transformational Therapy - RTT
RTT is a gentle, neuroscience-based method that uses guided hypnosis to access and rewire limiting beliefs stored in the subconscious. It's ideal for working with money blocks, visibility woulds, or voice suppression patterns.
Will I be conscious during the session
Yes, RTT uses a relaxed state of awareness. Like watching tv or reading a good book. You'll be deeply at ease, but fully present, in control, and able to respond throughout the session.
How is RTT different from Coaching?
Coacking works wih the conscious mind. RTT works with the subconscious level where many of our core money and visibility patterns are stored. You'll often find change happens more quickly than through talk-based methods alone.
What Issues can I address with RTT?
This session focuses specifically on subconscious blocks tied to receiving, visibility, money, or emotional expression.
What is the Living Language Method?
This is a private session that helps you shift the way you speak, think, and code your reality. We explore how words impact your nervous system, emotions, and energy, and rewire patterns that have kept your voice dimmed.
What might we work on in the Living Language Method
Voice blocks, feminine expression, speaking boundaries, visibility fears, word-body relationship ( how language lands in your body)
Will I receive tools or integration practices in the Method?
Yes. You'll leave with personalized language shifts, suggested scripts or phrases, and supportive journaling prompts or vocal practices to anchor your new expression.
What is Sacred Home Harmonization?
This is an energetic harmonization session for your physical space. Using frequency-based scanning and intuitive mapping, I help clear stagnant or disruptive energy from your home and restore a resonance that supports healing, creativity, and rest.
What Happens During the Session?
We meet on Zoom, and Remotely scan your space turning into the bitfield of your home. I may guide you to certain areas, suggest elemental placements, or offer energetic rebalancing and grid restoration.
Do I need to prepare anything for the Harmonization?
Just be home during the session if possible and have your phone or device ready to move through the space. A quiet environment helps, but no special setup is needed.
